I was working as a mental health counselor in a high-stress role when I was blindsided by my own health crisis. It derailed my career and shook my identity. I’ll be honest, for a little while, I was lost.

Now, I help women living with chronic health challenges regain control of their lives, so they have energy for what brings them joy, the confidence to break through barriers, and the tools they need to create a life they feel good about living.

We’ll Take a Three-Part Approach 

Part I: Reframing

This first phase is all about the MIND. We’ll work on exploring the beliefs you have about what it means to live well with chronic health challenges and break down the mental barriers through education & compassionate support. We’ll tackle topics like acceptance, boundaries, values, grief, guilt, and more.

Part II: Reconnecting

In phase two, we’ll focus on your connection with your BODY. We’ll identify what triggers your symptoms and what soothes them. You’ll master new skills for energy management and learn foundational concepts of nutrition, sleep, movement, & environment health. 

Part III: Restoring

Phase three is all about LIFESTYLE and integrating changes into your daily life. We’ll build on the first two phases by combining your health needs in harmony with your values, building a support system, coordinating your care, and designing a life that works for you, not against you.

This mentorship is designed to help you:

  • Gain Clarity & Confidence Release comparison, redefine your self-worth, and own your story.

  • Create Mind-Body Alignment Learn to recognize your body’s needs, identify triggers, and manage your energy

  • Begin Living by DesignCreate a personalized plan that supports your health, values, and goals.

Here’s how it works, you’ll get:

  • Fully online weekly coaching sessions from the comfort of your home, workspace, or wherever works best for you.

  • 1:1 Professional support and personalized guidance from someone who understands chronic illness on a personal level.

  • Step-by-Step support in three phases (Mind, Body & Lifestyle) over six months- each phase building on the next.

  • A clear plan sent to you after each session with goals, key points, action items, and resources for you to explore.

  • Weekly check-ins via email to give you encouragement and support throughout the process.

About Julia

Hi, I’m Julia Price. I have almost a decade of experience in the mental health and wellness field, a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I am Certified as a Transformation Life Coach. I also have first-hand experience in what it is like to live with a rare disease! I spent the first part of my career as a clinical counselor specializing in trauma treatment and victim advocacy where I saw firsthand the power of a holistic and integrative approach for clients. Then I put that to the test for myself as I came to terms with a sudden life altering chronic illness. Now, I’ve devoted the next part of my career to using my expertise and unique life experience for supporting others with chronic health conditions through a combination of holistic mental health & wellness coaching.
